Thank you for your interest in registering for the STEMley Cup and/or Overtime Sunday!
Please fill out the team registration form linked below to register.
Each day is its own, complete event, including qualification matches, alliance selection, playoffs, and an award ceremony. There
- Dates:
- STEMley Cup: Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025
- Overtime Sunday: Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025
- Registration fee: CAD$425 per team, per day
- Payment can be made online or via cheque
- This registration fee is waived for pre-rookie teams (teams that will have their first season in 2026)
- Payment deadline: September 22, 2025
- Team limit per day: 27
- Be sure to register soon as the number of teams is limited! If/when event capacity is reached, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
- We reserve some spots at each event for pre-rookie teams . If your team is new please contact us and register despite the event being shown as full.
- Event Shirt:
- Victoria A (@frcdoodles) will be designing our 2025 event shirt. We’ll reveal the artwork and open pre-orders before the event. Shirts will also be available for shipping.
- Hockey Cards:
- We’ll be making ‘hockey cards’ for all participating teams again this year. Pre-orders will be available before the event. Hockey cards will also be available for shipping.
After you have registered, we will reach out, via email, within a couple days to:
- Confirm your registration status
- Provide instructions on submitting the registration fee
- Gather photos of your robot and fun facts for your team’s hockey card
Registration fees must be paid in full by the payment deadline to secure your team’s spot.
